For reservations by phone, Customer Service hours are every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Atlantic Time).
Before starting your reservation, make sure you have on hand:
- Your travel dates
- The height of your vehicle (don't forget to calculate your object on the roof if it's the case)
- The precise length of your vehicle if it is over 21 feet (including any trailer or object exceeding the normal length of the vehicle)
- The name and age category of all passengers travelling
- Your credit card (full payment of your crossing required at the time of booking)
IMPORTANT: No reservation is possible in the passenger reservation system for any commercial vehicle over 21 feet.
