Difficulty completing a transaction
The acceptance or decline of a transaction is the responsibility of an external vendor, who, in turn, acts as an intermediary with your financial institution. If you had trouble completing your transaction, you can:
- Try making the payment with another credit card (for some reason unknown to CTMA, some credit cards have a better success rate).
- Contact your financial institution to check what happened and to authorize the transaction.
