With the summer season approaching very soon, CTMA Ferry would like to remind its customers that as of this Sunday, June 15, the new boarding policy will come into effect.
Departure from Cap-aux-Meules at 7 a.m. (7 p.m. for overnight trips)
Departure from Souris at 1 p.m. (1 a.m. for overnight trips)
Opening hours for reservation check-in gates:
- Cap-aux-Meules: 5 a.m.
- Souris: 8 a.m.
We strongly recomment that passengers arrive at least 75 minutes before departure, in order to respect crossing schedules.
Gates for reservation check-in will close 60 minutes before departure. No reservation will be guaranteed for check-in after this time.
Latecomers will automatically be redirected to the standby line of vehicles and will lose their guarantee of having a place on this crossing, since they will have the last priority of boarding, after commercial vehicles and standby.
Please note that the ship often leaves earlier that the scheduled departure time.
Here is the new boarding priorities in effect during the high season (June 15 to September 30):
1. Reserved vehicles
2. Trailers of perishable goods
3. Standby vehicles
4. Commercial equipment
5. Latecomers
We would like to thank all passengers for their collaboration!
