Application of the policy of the vehicle dimensions modification on the wharf during the check in
If you need to change the dimensions of your vehicle when you check in on the wharf, here's how our modification policy and consequences apply:

| Number of feet less than booking (a lower price category) | No refund, no fee |
| Number of feet less than booking (two lower price categories) | Reimbursement but $25 change fee |
| Between 1 and 5 feet of more than booking (a higher price category) | Pay the difference in the price range + $25 change fee |
| More than 5 feet than booking | Pay the difference in the price range + non-guaranteed space, vehicle automatically redirected to the standby line |
| Wrong height category reserved | Non-guaranteed space, vehicle automatically redirected to the standby line |
IMPORTANT :
- You can modify your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before your departure, depending on availability.
- Once on the wharf, it is important to have the correct vehicle dimensions in order to ensure that check-in operations take place as quickly as possible.
- Your check-in time has a direct impact on the loading and departure time of the vessel.
- If you need to make changes to your reservation after arriving at the dock, your check-in time will be longer, wich is why the above rules will be automatically applied.
